I thought I should make a few remarks about your team of
Matthew, Adam and Ari who recently completed installing
an Actron Air Conditioning unit at my property in Paddington.
Not only were they
pleasant and polite young men I also found that they
really knew their jobs really well and performed accordingly.
It was not an easy project due to various building constraints
which made the installation difficult.
However I found that Matthew knew his game extremely well
and was able to do things that saved a great deal of trouble
in the total project overall.

I wish to record my
appreciation for the professional way you, your
brother Mark, and his team undertook the removal of the
old air conditioning equipment and installation of a
new Daikin 15.5 kW inverter ducted system in the upper
level of my home this week.
As a professional engineer with many years
of construction industry experience, I expected a high
standard for your work and I am pleased to say I have not
been disappointed. The proof in that is, I have subsequently
instructed you to proceed with the supply and installation
of a Daikin 3.5 kW split system with a floor standing console
to the rumpus room downstairs. Should the occasion arise I would be
happy to provide testimony in favour of your company
to any party you might refer. I note this offer is given
