NEW: I have to say that dealing with Icoolm has been a pleasure. From the get go, I had a response to my web request within 30 minutes, a rough quote, an inspection time booked for that week, my invoice sent to me well in advance and my install confirmation date a good three days out. My install guy was polite, well organised, kept a clean work site, cleaned up after himself and even patted the dog. Couldn’t ask for better. I have told anyone that will listen how good the service has been and I believe a mate of mine has booked a quote at his new house in Grose Vale on my recommendation. The installation of the air conditioner went well and is working wonderfully.

I had Monday off work and Fr Robert attended the offices to open up for the installers. I did however drop by the office during the day and would like to inform you the installers were extremely friendly and considerate in particular ensuring that our computers etc were off prior to disconnecting any power to the Church. They also kept Fr Robert updated during the afternoon of the installation progress.

I just want to thank you, David and Brendon who installed the Daikin FTXS46LVMA in my apartment for the highly professional conduct and work done with the minimum fuss to what was required here by the strata Management. They cleaned up afterwards and David took time to explain the run how to run it.

 

I had my younger son (who is an electronics engineer in IT) look at it this weekend who commented that it was a beautifully done job. He really admired it. I am a very happy customer.

 

Also I really appreciated the time you took to explain everything to me to put my mind at rest, after having had various problematic installation quotes from other firms in the last 2 years. David and Brendon are a good team and provided humour besides doing a great job. I would happily recommend ICOOLM to anyone I know.

We have had our ducted gas heating system for almost 12 months now and it’s one of the best investments we ever made. With 3 young kids it is nice to know that they are all warm wherever they are in the house and not just in the family room sitting in front of the little gas heater we used to have. We hardly had any illness and days off school/work last winter and I am sure the new heating had a lot to do with that. As a working mum that’s an extra bonus! Having the whole house at a relatively constant temperature meant we didn’t have to walk out of the warmth into the freezing bedrooms, which is a big issue in our older style house with no carpet.

 

The running costs were lower than I expected and we didn’t have that constant gassy smell in the house which we had with our old gas heater. The installation process was very well organised and relatively painless. All staff were friendly and helpful from the first visit to quote right through to completion. Everyone was keen to do the best job they could and on time.

 

The system is extremely easy to use and can be timed to come on while you’re out so you have a beautiful warm home to come back to. If you forget to set the timer, no problem, because the heating is almost instantaneous and once it’s going it takes almost no time to get to a comfortable temperature.

 

We couldn’t be happier with our system and are so pleased we decided to do it. I would highly recommend ICOOLM if you are considering ducted gas heating. It is definitely the way to go this winter. Do it now!

We had air conditioner installed last Wednesday and we are very happy with the whole process, from the beginning to the end.

 

Your office staff were very efficient They rang us the day before to confirm the appointment. Your sale staff, Rudi, was very knowledgeable. He gave us good advice. His measure and quote on the spot was just what we needed, as we already had 2 different companies that came out to us that had spent over an hour, looked around the house, measured up and yet never send us a quote.

 

Your tradesmen, David and Brendon, were very good. They were on time to start work and worked very proficiently. They were clean and tidy, both in their personal presentation in their uniform as well as their work. They did not leave any mess behind and they were very polite and cheerful. The follow up phone call from your office was also very reassuring.

I wish to record my appreciation for the professional way you, your brother Mark, and his team undertook the removal of the old air conditioning equipment and installation of a new Daikin 15.5 kW inverter ducted system in the upper level of my home this week.

 

As a professional engineer with many years of construction industry experience, I expected a high standard for your work and I am pleased to say I have not been disappointed. The proof in that is, I have subsequently instructed you to proceed with the supply and installation of a Daikin 3.5 kW split system with a floor standing console to the rumpus room downstairs.

I thought that I should make a few remarks about your team of Matthew, Adam and Ari who recently completed installing an Actron air conditioning unit at my property in Paddington.

 

Not only were they very pleasant and polite young men I also found that they really knew their jobs extremely well, and preformed accordingly.

 

It was not an easy project due to various building constraints which made the installation difficult.

 

However, I found that Matthew knew his game extremely well and was able to do things that saved a great deal of trouble in the total project overall.
